Land is just like anything else that you want people to buy in the way that you will want it to look its best so that it will raise an interest. You wouldn’t try to sell your house without cleaning it first now would you? Just every once in a while do a once over and pick up any clutter that can be seen from a far distance away. This will look so much better for buyers and it will also help them to imagine uses for the land. For example, if they want to buy the land to build a house on then having green, healthy, grass will help them to imagine it better.
